This property is 5 minutes walk from the beach. The deluxe Salgados Dunas Suites is a 2-minute walk from Salgados Beach, through an exclusive pathway built over the dunes. The 5-star hotel has 9 outdoor swimming pools and modern rooms with panoramic views.
The air-conditioned accommodation at the hotel features private bathrooms with hairdryer and free toiletries, flat-screen cable TV, minibar and a balcony.
The hotel features an à la carte restaurant, where guests can enjoy traditional Portuguese dishes as well as international flavours. The restaurant includes a scenic terrace area. A lounge bar with a terrace is also available.
Following a dip in one of the swimming pools, guests can relax in the nearby sun loungers and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The poolside area overlooks the green garden and features a snack bar, where refreshing cocktails and light meals are served.
It is an impressive test of golf. Although the length of the course is relatively short, the Álamos Golf Course is a constant challenge. With 18 holes, it is a rather technical field, narrower, with smaller, more heavily worked, undulating greens.
With excellent views of the Monchique mountain range, for lakes and agricultural fields, it provides relaxation and tranquility. It is a shorter course than the golf course of the Morgado (Par 71), but has all the characteristics necessary to satisfy the expectations of the most demanding player.

Salgados Golf Course is located at Herdade dos Salgados, close to Albufeira. Next to Salgados Beach and Salgados Lagoon Nature Reserve, linking the dunes to the sea, Humanity to the Universe.
A shelter for various bird species, some under threat of extinction, this course offers golfers a unique experience with impressive views over the ocean and unique birdsong. We recommend walking over the green, as it is simple, beautiful and almost always flat. This is a very technical course, more cerebral than physical. Due to the wind, its changes, this course is never the same.
This impressive golf course opened in 2003 and is one of the latest to open on the Algarve. Despite its young age, it feels surprisingly mature, a characteristic enhanced by the planting of 500 olive trees. Morgado features views of the Monchique Mountains and is set amongst valleys, rivers and woodland. With gently undulating fairways, deep bunkers and large tees and greens, Morgado is an excellent choice when travelling to the Algarve.
